How It Works
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive a notification via email letting you know we have received this. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, we aim to get your order packed as quickly as we can. We are a small team so thank you for your patience.

Handcrafted Made to Order Items
All of our items are handcrafted by artisans which means each piece is unique.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Domestic orders and EU-1
All orders below CHF 300.00 will incur a shipping charge of CHF 15.00. Orders of CHF 300.00 and higher will be send free of charge.
EU-1 countries: Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain (excluding the Islands)

UK & Ireland
All orders below CHF 300.00 will incur a shipping charge of CHF 20.00. Orders of CHF 300.00 and higher will be send free of charge. This excludes specific islands and British Forces

Rest of Europe 
All orders below CHF 300.00 will incur a shipping charge of CHF 25.00. Orders of CHF 300.00 and higher will be send free of charge.

International 
International includes North America, Oceania, Asia an the Middle East 
All orders below CHF 300.00 will incur a shipping charge of CHF 25.00. Orders of CHF 300.00 and higher will be send free of charge.

These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Locations
MyBoutonniere delivers worldwide. If a country is not included in our country list, please send an email to info@myboutonniere.it

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 4-7 working days from time of order (for Switzerland, Europe and UK).
For International we aim to have your order delivered in 10-15 days. Once an order has been dispatched, MyBoutonniere is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

CUSTOM DUTIES / VAT
Orders crossing borders may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and you will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order.
